"I requested an appointment online and shortly got a call after to schedule. My insurance was checked in advance and any copays were explained to me. The day of the appointment, I was attended in a timely and courteous manner. Dr. Joo was very thorough in my checkup and exam and explained everything to me thoroughly, making sure I didn't have any more questions. Would recommend, very good price-value."
